As one of only a few restaurants that serve specific menu, Se’i Sapi Lamalera struggled to create a good communication language to present not only the menu that still unfamiliar but also the networking to attract consumer. And moreover, Bandung is well known as one of the best culinary town in Indonesia, so we are talking some massive competitors here.
