Se’i Sapi Lamalera is a Bandung based restaurant that serve traditional menu originated from Kupang Indonesia. As one of only a few restaurants that serve specific menu, Sei Lamalera struggled to create a good communication language to present not only the menu that still unfamiliar but also the networking to attract consumer. And moreover, Bandung is well known as one of the best culinary town in Indonesia, so we are talking some massive competitors here.

Defining the strategy

Our mission is to help Sei Lamalera to become the brand it deserves, increase restaurant sales and brand recognition, and open new streams of revenue. It needed to be comprehensive and cohesive, impacting customer touch points from social media content that can communicate, singular and experience based.
